my kind of town

we headed to chicago for a wedding, made a wonderful weekend out of it.

we got right on the double decker bus for a tour, 3rd time, love the tour.  i could spend all day on the top level wondering around the beautiful town on perfect day.

next day we headed to the art museum, rain was predicted so thought this would be a fun outing before the wedding later that day.

checked on the progress of my vintage store on the way to the museum,  i wish.

rain it did.

the parade is always fun, my favorite event of the jam packed weekend.
