flipped my lid

i paid a dollar for this lid!  is this crazy?  i think it is so cute.  guess i kind of like fun lids.

no cute lids? paint one.  the previous occupants of this jar was kyle's donation for easter dinner at his girlfriends : )

labor day

  my friends are busy building their dream "up nort" home in sayner, wisconsin.

over labor day weekend i was up north helping stain shingles. here's stain central in the basement.

they look great on the house.

it was a bit cool so the fire was going most of the time.

i even got a glimpse of the wild life (sorry pic is blury)

more wild life, ha ha.  next our trip to a very cute vintage shop in sayner,  red door relics.
