i found this cute little felt banner at target.

it was in the dollar spot section.

just enough valentines decoration for the mantel.

i heart it. 

the sparkles on the eiffel tower are earrings that i found years ago

 at an estate sale.

they make perfect "fireworks" at the eiffel tower.

last year, 2015 on easter sunday, we were awaiting the arrival of our first grand baby.

rick and i left the hospital waiting room to get a quick bite to eat and since

it was easter sunday, not much was open.

we ended up eating at hyvee grocery store.

i got chinese and the most perfect fortune.

our grandson has brought us

much happiness this past year and can't wait to see

what holds in 2016.
